I really enjoyed watching this come together. I was amazed at how often you rewet the paper and added more transparent layers. Was the wide brush you used Goat hair so you wouldn't disturb the underlying pigment? I assume whilst transparent the pigments you used would need some staining strength to stay on the paper after each subsequent rewetting? It would be extremely helpful to those of us still learning to know the colours you used and their brand so we could study their transparency/opacity and staining attributes.

The size of this painting is large. Control the drawing speed by using a large brush. The most important thing in my painting style is paper. ARCHES cold pressed or Water Ford is suitable. Easy to make paint layers. I study how to draw every day. Thank you.
